PLEASE READ HEIGHTSAFE SYSTEMS LTD TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AS BELOW PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER, AS PLACING AN ONLINE PURCHASE ORDER IS DEEMED THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The terms of sale set out below apply to goods supplied by Heightsafe Systems Ltd ordered from our website at www.fallarrest.co.uk.  You must be 16 years of age or older to order from our website and by accepting these terms and conditions you are confirming this. Heightsafe Systems Ltd reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice to you in relation to future purchases.  These terms do not create any rights to any parties other than the purchaser.

CONFIRMED ORDERS

Heightsafe Systems Ltd uses a highly secure 128bit secure gateway for its online purchasing system. Heightsafe Systems Ltd accepts payment from most major credit and debit cards, and where applicable, Google Checkout and Paypal.  All prices are shown in UK sterling and are subject to VAT and delivery charges. These charges where applicable will be added on confirmation of your order.

All prices may be subject to change without notice in relation to any subsequent sales.  The description and price of goods will be as shown on the website at the time you place your order. Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time of purchase. If an error is discovered prior to despatch of your order, Heightsafe Systems Ltd will inform you at the earliest possible opportunity and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or indeed cancelling your order should you wish to. When ordering online your order will be sent to Barclaycard EPDQ through our highly secure 128bit secure gateway by email. You will also receive an email receipt confirming that Heightsafe Systems has received your order.

Should you not receive an email please contact us on 0845 601 2152. Orders of goods shown on the website can also be placed by telephone on the above number. You can also email sales@fallarrest.co.uk.  All goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods are out of stock, one of our staff will inform you and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you for the unavailable goods. Heightsafe Systems Ltd is under no obligation to accept any order.

DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER

Delivery times quoted on our website are estimates based on availability, normal processing and delivery times. We may deliver items from the same order separately but will charge for postage and packing as per the original order at no extra cost to you. Goods ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, unless otherwise arranged.  All goods will be sent on a next day (signed for) service, by either first class mail (smaller goods) or by courier service (larger goods) as automatically selected by the shopping cart system.

Heightsafe Systems endeavour to despatch within 5 working days of receiving your payment unless otherwise stated on the website, or advised by email or by phone at time of purchase. Delivery of goods to you will be considered to have occurred once the goods are placed with Royal Mail, or any other service we may use. If there is no one available at the delivery address to accept delivery of couriered goods, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or place to collect the goods. Heightsafe Systems Ltd cannot accept responsibility for large goods that are returned to the post office and remain uncollected.

Once goods are considered delivered the responsibility of those goods, risk of damage or loss will pass to you and you shall be responsible for them.

If we are unable to deliver your order within 30 days, we will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a full refund that will be paid to the credit or debit card with which you originally used to place your order. Heightsafe Systems Ltd are not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unavoidable delay in delivery of an order, similarly Heightsafe  Systems Ltd are not liable for any damage which occurs to an any goods ordered following delivery.

SECURE PAYMENTS

Heightsafe Systems Ltd use a highly secure 128bit secure gateway for online payments. This allows safe process of your credit card payments.  Heightsafe Systems payment gateway is provided by Barclays EPDQ and therefore no card details are stored within any of our systems.  Our www.fallarrest.co.uk website is full PCI compliant. We are not liable for any unauthorised access to information supplied by you.

RETURNS

In cases of goods that are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied please contact Heightsafe Systems Ltd on 0845 604 6890. We do not accept responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit.
